Using our secure video conferencing software you are able to connect with our physiotherapists in real time, just as you would during an in person appointment.
Telehealth services bring the expertise of our skilled physiotherapists directly to you, wherever you are.
How does it work?
You will be emailed a secure link inviting you to join your appointment with your Physio which can be opened with a web browser- no special programs are needed.
You will then be asked a series of detailed questions to find out more about your condition, and help with a provisional diagnosis. Following this you will be guided to perform movements or tests relevant to your condition to confirm the diagnosis.
From there we will develop a personalised treatment plan with you to meet your goals, and use individualised exercises to get you back to what you love doing.
You will receive your exercise program as a series of video exercises to follow at home, along with any information and education on how best to manage your condition.
To get the most from your Telehealth consultation find a quiet and well lit space, where you can comfortably perform movements and exercises during the session. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone before the appointment.
To book a Telehealth session, simply contact the clinic by phone and our friendly team will guide you through the process and answer any questions that you may have.
